Career Paths

We welcome individuals with varied professional and personal backgrounds at Performance Architects, as long as you have demonstrated an interest in – and an aptitude for – the business intelligence and enterprise performance management fields. Hear in our own words the types of career paths you can follow at Performance Architects.

Our career paths are based on the learn, then teach philosophy. Our more knowledgeable team members teach and mentor our less experienced team members. We expect that all individuals will be teachers in some areas and students in others.

Performance Architects’ culture permits you to pursue your dreams and to mold your own career at the company. Our company is a meritocracy. This means that you are in full control of how quickly – and in what direction – your career progresses.
