POSITION:

Consulting Services Sales Executive – BI / EPM

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking senior consulting services sales executives to join our team to support Performance Architects’ continued explosive 300%+ revenue growth as an Inc. 5000 company. 

You will own a geographic territory and will sell management consulting and systems integration consulting services related to business intelligence (BI), enterprise performance management (EPM), and data discovery to organizations of all sizes. You will manage and prospect into a group of accounts to build and maintain relationships from the operational through to the C-level, and will achieve or exceed an established quota within a blend of new prospective customers and existing customer accounts.  Current U.S. territories open for development include Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and West.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 – 15+ years of consistently successful professional services sales experience with consistent over-achievement of >$1M+ quotas
  • Experience selling in the business intelligence, data discovery, or enterprise performance management arenas required
  • Prior experience selling services related to Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Endeca, or Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) a major plus
  • Relationships with the Oracle sales organization in your home region a major plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software a major plus
  • BS or BA degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required
  • Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation and accounting practices a plus
  • Willingness to partner with the consulting team to sell and scope work efforts
  • Maintains a firm understanding of what it takes to open up and to develop a new territory
  • Able to communicate with and present to C-level audiences
  • Proper U.S. work authorization
  • Able to work from home or comfortable working with remote teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the work week (Monday – Thursday) as needed
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
