Evolution to Revolution: Oracle Named Visionary in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Analytics
Whatever you do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius and power and magic in it. – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
In the case of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle’s vision and execution over the past few years has truly resulted in a magical outcome: Oracle has been named a Visionary in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms. Please see the announcement below by John Hagerty, Vice President, Product Management for Business Analytics at Oracle.
The evolution of Oracle Analytics Cloud was achieved by continuous improvement and enhancement to the product much like a data scientist refines a machine learning model over multiple iterations: tweaking features, assessing feedback, responding to new variables – with the end goal of producing a product that meets the needs of all customers. The transformation has been apparent, and the reward is Gartner’s recognition of the hard work done by Oracle, its customers, and its partners.
