Welcome Letter

We are excited to invite you to PA Connect 2025, our annual employee meeting on November 13th and 14th at Encore Boston Harbor. This event is a cornerstone of our commitment to fostering collaboration, celebrating achievements, and shaping the future of our team.

PA Connect is more than just a meeting, it’s a moment to connect, reflect, and recharge. Over the course of two days, we’ll engage in inspiring discussions, share updates on our collective progress, and explore exciting opportunities for growth.

  • Encore is located at 1 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149. Just a short drive from Logan Airport!

  • Event Sessions: The dress code for our daytime sessions is on the casual side. Jeans and PA Sweatshirts are fine!

    Private Dinner Festivities: For our private dinner, feel free to step it up a bit! The dress code is dressier but not super formal. Consider something you’d wear to a nice dinner out. No need for tuxedos or gowns (no matter what Tyler says)!

  • Please plan on taking a Lyft or Uber to the venue and feel free to share a ride with a coworker you spot at the airport!

  • You are welcome to enter Cezanne at any time before the meeting starts.

    The meeting begins at 1:00 pm in Cezanne.

  • Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm but we encourage you to check-in upon arrival. If your room is not ready, you are welcome to leave your bags with the bell desk or bring them to Degas or Cezanne.

  • Check-out is at 11:00 am. It is best to plan your check-out ahead of our meeting start on Friday the 14th. Your bags can go to Degas.

  • Yes! We will serve snacks on Thursday afternoon and dinner on Thursday evening.

    Breakfast will be at 8 am on Friday morning in Cezanne. We will also be serving lunch on Friday afternoon.

  • We will be gathering at the Rare Lounge at 6:30 pm on Thursday evening.
