We are hiring Consultants/for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. Employee Qualifications: Two to five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices preferred
Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) required
Development experience with Oracle EPM (ARCS, FCCS, EPM Cloud) solutions required
Proper U.S. work authorization

Skills: Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation
Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)
Provide support in each workstream where directed: documentation, development, testing, training, etc.
Produce high quality work

Strong understanding of best practices with respect to project delivery (unit testing, documentation, etc.)

Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation
Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)
Lead delivery within a workstream: documentation, development, testing, training, etc.
Possess strong development skills: handle most requests while being able to provide a path forward during roadblocks
Use visualization techniques and data-driven storytelling to help others understand the significance of data
Identify the component parts of a system, including people, behaviors, practices, policies, and processes
Have a perspective on best practices with respect to project delivery (preferred templates for unit testing, documentation, etc.)
Proactively identify and communicate risks across the project
