Senior EPM Consultant/Lead Developer

    We are hiring Senior Consultants/Lead Developers for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.

    Employee Qualifications: At least five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required

    Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices required

    Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred

    Proper U.S. work authorization

  • Minimum five years of development experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion, PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud) solutions with multiple implementations

    Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation

    Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)

    Lead delivery within a workstream: documentation, development, testing, training, etc.

    Possess strong development skills: handle most requests while being able to provide a path forward during roadblocks

    Use visualization techniques and data-driven storytelling to help others understand the significance of data

    Identify the component parts of a system, including people, behaviors, practices, policies, and processes

    Have a perspective on best practices with respect to project delivery (preferred templates for unit testing, documentation, etc.)

    Proactively identify and communicate risks across the project

  • Requirements: B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required

    Flexibility to travel (Monday – Thursday) during the work week, if required

Senior EPM Implementation Project Manager

The Project Manager at Performance Architects is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM projects for key strategic accounts. Leads day to day project execution including project planning, resource coordination, issue management, risk management, and client communication. Serves as the primary point of contact for project related escalations and works closely with internal and client teams to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.

    The Project Manager at Performance Architects will be responsible for all services and end products delivered by Performance Architects for our key strategic accounts. Leads the day-to-day execution of Oracle Cloud EPM projects. Responsible for all project management activities related to managing the work plan, issues, risks, communication etc. Serves as a single point of contact for issue escalation and is empowered to draw on all resources at Performance Architects to bring issues to resolution.

    Locations: Remote (anywhere in the US); Boston, MA

    Area Core Job Responsibilities:

    Tracks and manages the project schedule, financial performance, and task details included in the program plan

    Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives

    Acting as primary customer contact for program activities and leading program review sessions with the customer and/or leadership to address cost, schedule, and technical performance

    Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings

    Ensure efficiency with Client Project Management Methodology, processes, and tool expertise

    Practices effective problem-solving skills, with the fortitude to drive resolutions to a close

    Work with leadership and technical leads to staff and resource the client work appropriately

    Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives

    Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in processes leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required

    Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and training)

    Minimum five years of experience in managing Technical Analytics / Reporting projects in large and/or global organizations

    Broad understanding of program management practices and methodologies across technologies and industries

    Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication / relationship-building skills

    Prior consulting experience strongly preferred

    Integrity and honesty Interest in entrepreneurship and innovation

    Strong analytical skills

    Comfortable in dynamic, constantly changing environments

    Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
